All customers over 6 years of age must provide a negative covid test, carried out a maximum of 72 hours prior to check-in, in order to allow them access to the establishment. Read it well and keep it for any questions.

The test should be requested from clients whose arrival takes place from November 13, you must keep a copy in case the health authorities require it.

There are exceptions for Canarian residents and for non-residents who can prove that they have spent the last 15 days in the Canaries. These people must fill out a responsible declaration.

In the event that from the aforementioned date a client appears without having provided the test, they will be indicated where to take it. If due to the client's arrival time it is impossible to carry out the test, they will be allowed access to the establishment with the commitment not to leave their room, but to go to the medical center and return with the test performed.

The decree requires the display of these measures, as well as the obligation of the client to download the Radar Covid app, in a visible place of the receptions.
